External CSF Drainage System


External Drainage Systems are intended to allow drainage and monitoring of Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) from the lateral ventricles of the brain and the lumbar subarachnoid space in selected patients to reduce intracranial pressure (ICP), to monitor intracranial pressure (ICP), to monitor cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), and to provide temporary drainage of CSF in patient with infected hydrocephalic shunts. The pole mount assemblies are intended to provide support and alignment for External Drainage Systems. 10-130 MoniTorr ICP External CSF Drainage System with Small Drip ChamberThe MoniTorr ICP External CSF Drainage System contains a small drip chamber. This is a basic bagand line system in which the patient line has arotating Luer fitting at the end with a stopcockand a port for the transducer.
